Langevin AM16 Dual Mono Preamp

This pair of preamps was racked by my longtime Studio tech, Ricki Began. With separate input and output stages, you have the option of a pristine and clear signal path, or you can overdrive the input and get some very nice non-linear harmonic distortion. These sound spectacular on everything I've ever used them on, Drums, guitars, keyboards, horns, vocals – you name it. They have a very present and forward sound with a slight coloration. Very clear in the low and low mid range, and very present in the upper mid range without becoming glassy in the high end.
